Gardening
We are proud of our facility and have a group of members who look after the gardens around the club.
Although the work is demanding, we take time out for Tea and biscuits during the 2 hour session.
The time is from 10 till 12 and we are meeting on the following dates this season....
- Sunday October 10th 2010
- Sunday November 7th 2010
It appears there's more tea drinking than gardening, but I assure you its tough going and the breaks are welcome.
If you want to help the club keep the gardens around the slope in tip to condition, meet new friends and help us maintain one of the nicest slopes in the UK just come along. Come down with a fork, spade and some gardening gloves on the gardening dates above and join in. Jan will give you a job and probably bring out the tea after a short while. Thank you for your help in keeping our club looking in tip top condition.
